Aged Leads – Finding Hidden Treasure

Aged Leads is the name I gave to leads that were not very fresh anymore. Most leads that are over 3 days old are "aged". How I came to seeling these leads was all due to a visitor who came to my site and asked if I had any old leads for sale. I had thousand but had never considered selling them.

We did a deal for 500 "aged" Aussie leads. A few days later he was back and wanted all I had. This was a real surprise to me. So I asked him why he wanted them. He reckoned he had great success calling the leads I had sole him a few days earlier. He went onto say that "half of them have never been contacted"

This blew my mind. It must mean that lots of people buy fresh leads and simply do not call them. Since this first experience I have had quite a few very experienced network marketers tell me exactly the same thing. These big hitters nearly always buy and call aged leads. The ROI is huge.

I know a guy who lives on the Gold Coast and he has a huge downline spread all over the world. He always uses aged leads and teaches many of his downline to do the same.

One thing I must mention is he follows the training of a very well known teacher who specializes in how to call leads. Serious MLM'ers should all do these courses.

People new to networking should also use aged leads so they can practice without having a heart attack each time they screw it up. You might even be pleasantly surprised each time they find a hidden treasure and sponsor them.

Emailing aged leads is also an acceptable and effective method of contact. Reputable leads companies will always provide full contact information with leads, including the time/date stamp and IP address. This provides proof the lead opted in and gave permission to be contacted.

There is a bit of an art to contacting leads via email. Make sure you come on slow and easy . This will help you build a good relationship. Provide them with good content that is interesting and informative.
